Insurance

Insurance for express delivery methods (e.g. FedEx, DHL, UPS and EMS) is provided by the respective carrier. So, if the item is lost or damaged in transit, the insurance claim must be made with the carrier. We can make the claim on your behalf or you can do it yourself from your country. If you choose for us to make the claim, we will send all relevant information to the carrier and if the claim is approved, the compensation will be refunded to you. The entire claim process can take 2-4 weeks.

Warranty and reseller status

All our watches, depending on the brand, come with either our two-year international warranty or the manufacturer's warranty. If the watch is under the manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the warranty booklet and have the watch repaired at the manufacturer's service workshop. For repairs under our warranty, please send an email with details and, if necessary, some pictures. If the problem cannot be resolved, we ask that you return the watch to us. Comments and testimonials

For publicity purposes, we may email you a request for approval to use your positive comments about our products and/or services. We will always obtain your consent before using your comment for publicity. Under no circumstances will your full name be displayed. If at any time you would like us to remove a testimonial, please send us an email at cs@citywatches.se and we will remove the review the next business day.

Fees and payment

The prices for our brand of watches are described on the website and are incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference, and Citywatches.se reserves the right to change prices, products and services at any time without prior notice.

This clause contains the standard position that applies to billing and payment. Any special terms should be added to the schedule. Regardless of how it goes, non-payment may result in termination of services.

Cancellation of orders

We have the right to cancel your order (which has been accepted by us) at any time and for any reason without your prior consent or approval by giving you written notice of such cancellation. In the event of such cancellation of your order, the following provisions will apply:

• We no longer need to deliver the order to you;

• We will immediately refund to you, without interest or compensation, the payments you have made to us for the order; and

• After such refund to you as mentioned in paragraph 2, you will have no further claims against us as a result of or in connection with the cancellation of your order.

Freight

Citywatches.se will deliver products to the buyer's address via shipping or courier partners. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you passes to you upon Citywatches.se's delivery to the shipping or courier partner.

If you refuse to accept the package from the courier and the courier returns the package to us, all associated shipping costs, return shipping costs and any duties/taxes levied on the delivery will be deducted from the refund amount. If you refuse to accept the package and the courier releases the package as a result, no refund will be issued.

Delivery

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the delivery information page. When you place your order, you will receive an email with a summary of your order.

Sometimes delivery may take longer than normal due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Bad weather

• Flight delays

• Political unrest

• Other unforeseen circumstances

Furthermore, we will not be able to compensate for any psychological distress or financial loss caused by delayed delivery.

Honor

Compensation is the action or process of replacing something with something else. A buyer can request a compensation when he is not satisfied with the item, the reason may be damaged in transit, defective item, missing item, wrong item delivered and the like.

The buyer must request a replacement within 3 days from the delivery date. The buyer must request a replacement by contacting us for an exchange. The following are the main reasons:

• The package was damaged.

• The shipment was defective.

• Object dead on arrival

• Item was missing

• Wrong item sent

Conditions for compensation:

Citywatches.se will only accept compensation if the following conditions are met:

• To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused and in the same condition as you received it;

• It must also be in the original packaging.

• The label on the watch must be intact;

• The watch must be unused and in undamaged condition.

If the same item is not available, Citywatches.se will refund the amount you have paid.

Return and exchange policy

You agree to our RETURNS and EXCHANGES policy as described here.

Our policy for changing and cancelling services

We strive to ensure a prompt processing of our services. If you wish to cancel or change your request, you may do so, provided that the product has not yet been delivered or the service has not yet been provided. Termination

We may immediately terminate or suspend access to our Service without notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you violate the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities and limitations of liability.

Force Majeure

Citywatches.se will not accept any responsibility or liability for failure to fulfill its obligations, including those set out in these Terms of Use, caused by force majeure, i.e. external factors beyond our control, which include but are not limited to terrorism, natural disasters, strikes or power outages. In such cases, the agreement between Citywatches.se and the user will terminate and any payments made will be refunded.

Other

Citywatches.se reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Site Terms and Conditions and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to reporting suspected illegal activity to law enforcement authorities or other third parties and to disclose information as necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities related to user profiles, email addresses, usage history, published materials, IP addresses and traffic information.

Citywatches.se reserves the right to take all legal measures available in the event of a breach of these website terms, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular internet address to the website.

These Terms include all notices contained on the Site and constitute the entire agreement relating to access and use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity and enforceability.

No exceptions
